Your Healthiest Healthy Retreats empower you to finally know how to identify and reduce the toxins in, on and around your body. How to determine what is truly healthy and what is just marketing hype. Learn to fight for your own health and navigate a complex healthcare system to get what you need. Through intimate group coaching sessions as well as fun fitness and outdoor adventures with me, I will arm you with the tools you need to be successful in reaching your healthiest life yet and ensure you can make small but significant lifestyle changes for you and your family.  You will end the day already having taken a few small, but meaningful steps to controlling you own wellness…and ready and able to revamp your health and lifestyle at home!

About Santa Monica & Our Schedule

Santa Monica is home to the world-famous Santa Monica Stairs as well as the stunning walking path along the ocean, Palisades Park. Our rockin’ workout** on “The Stairs” will go at your own pace — don’t worry, it’s for all fitness levels!  For those who don’t dig a “stairs” workout, stunning ocean view walks/jogs also available!  The “Stairs” overlook the beauty of Santa Monica Canyon and the Pacific Ocean. Our post-workout brunch at one of my favorite delicious, healthy spots** offering a robust menu — with both breakfast and lunch items available at your choice. NOTE: LUNCH IS INCLUDED.  Our TWO group coaching sessions will take place lounging in the grass overlooking the Pacific Ocean (or, weather-permitting, at a swanky & posh oceanview hotel nearby), with a yoga break between sessions.

**Workout type and location subject to change due to COVID-19 — likely to be a social-distanced hike or beachfront “walk ‘n’ work it” workout +

**A picnic-style SOCIAL-DISTANCED LUNCH may be substituted to ensure group safety.
