About Santa Monica

Santa Monica is home to the world-famous Santa Monica Stairs as well as the stunning walking path along the ocean, Palisades Park. Our two group coaching sessions will take place lounging in the grass overlooking the Pacific Ocean, following our workout on “The Stairs” — don’t worry, it’s for all fitness levels! There are two sets of steps overlooking the canyon and ocean then another perched off Palisades Park at the top of the cliffs that descend to the beach. We will end the day with a sunset beach walk on the “strand” along the ocean. Our post-workout brunch will take place at one of my favorite delicious, healthy spots offering a robust menu — with both breakfast and lunch items available. **LUNCH IS INCLUDED
