11:30am-1:45pm LUNCH / COACHING SESSION with Samantha
2:00pm-2:45pm MELT® – reduce muscular soreness and ease chronic neck and low-back pain using a soft roller and balls
3:00pm-3:20pm Tank Top Arms – tone and shape the muscles of the arms, shoulders and chest
3:20pm-3:50pm Rebounding mini-trampoline workout – increases in bone density, lymphatic and cardiovascular function, weight loss, detoxification and an improved immune system. (Great for my co-breast cancer survivors!)
