This special, limited group capacity retreat allows me to work more personally with each of you. The timing of it in November aims to prepare you for the holidays — it’s time, for once, put yourself first before you will be busy taking care of everyone else (as always!). Your Healthiest Healthy Retreats empower you to finally know how to identify and reduce the toxins in, on and around your body. How to determine what is truly healthy and what is just marketing hype. Learn to fight for your own health and navigate a complex healthcare system to get what you need. Through intimate group coaching and mindfulness/breathwork sessions over the course of the retreat days with me, as well as fun fitness and outdoor adventures together, I will arm you with the information you need to succeed in reaching your healthiest life yet and ensure you can make easy but significant lifestyle changes for you and your family. You will end the retreat already having taken a few small, yet meaningful, steps to controlling your own wellness…and ready and able to revamp your health and lifestyle at home!
